PAYMENT
Do you impose a setup fee for
your hosting plans?
There is no setup
fee imposed by us. All hosting plans setup are free of charge.
Can I order through phone or email? Yes.
You can order through phone or email. Please mention which hosting
plan you prefer. Also, we need information such as your mailing
address, phone number, and email address. This is required for
registration.
How long does it take to activate my account after I complete my
payment?
If
payment receipt is confirmed, hosting account setup is almost
immediate. To speed up, you can call or SMS to numbers listed in
support page.
Can I retrieve my balance if I overpay my account?
Mainly this is a problem for some cash deposit machine where minimum
note accepted is RM10. For example, if total invoice due is RM125,
and you have deposited an amount of RM 130, the balance of RM 5 is
kept in your hosting account. We regret that we cannot proceed with
account activation if payment is below from the total invoice due.
Is
there any interest earned on the balance in my account?
We
are very sorry that the balance in your account will not earn any
interest.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located in state-of-the-art
datacenter facility in Cyberjaya (Prosite)
and Dallas (Valusite) with advanced
security features and multiple redundant high-speed connections
to prevent single point of failure. This is to ensure maximum
uptime, reliable connection, and fast data transfer from our
servers.
What kind of hardware you use?
We only use branded hardware for our servers to
ensure reliability. Our processors and
mainboards are from Intel with disk from Western Digital.
Hardware and software configurations are set up for high
performance server computing.
How many account you host per server?
We don't set limit the number of accounts per
server due to the fact that 20 account can cause higher server
load than 200 accounts. Thus, we monitor our server load
frequently and upgrade the server to cater for higher loads.
When the server reaches the limit, we will prepare another
server and balance the load for all servers. This activity will
ensure your site connections are lightning fast and rock solid.
SUPPORT
What sort of guarantee you provide?
We provide 30 day money back guarantee and 99.5%
uptime guarantee.
What
level of technical support you provide?
Our technical support covers on features
available on control panel and also server uptime. For example,
we will support you to get a working POP3 or FTP account.
However, we could not guarantee support for add-on features such
as Fantastico,
Wordpress, Joomla, etc., or
debug a custom script.
I
am new to web hosting, how can you support me?
We
will support you on familiarization of hosting control panel and
FTP your files to host server. We will also suggest reading
materials or sources where you can learn to design and script
your own web page.
Can
you help me transfer my files and database from current hosting
to yours?
Yes.
We can provide help of transferring your files from any other
Linux or FreeBSD server, regardless of type of control panel.
However, you must provide us your account username and password
in order for us to initiate the transfer.
Do you provide 24 hours support?
Our staff is always on standby and ready to
receive any calls at anytime. If we are not at our workstation,
our mobile device has connection to internet and emails, and we
can work no matter where we are.
